This was the perfect place to spend our Christmas! the location was truly breathtaking, surrounded by natural beauty and stunning views of the ocean. the room was spacious and cozy, with all the amenities we could have asked for. We loved the comfortable bed and the luxurious bathroom. the Christmas decorations were also very charming.

Our group of friends stayed in a hotel that had large, comfortable rooms, and beautiful surroundings. the staff were also very knowledgeable and could speak English fluently. Although, the setting was quite remote with limited options for things to do, the cleanliness and design of the bathroom and room were notable. We enjoyed the view from the room and were pleased with the facilities provided, including a modern spa and Japanese restaurant.

The cost for very small portions was ridiculously expensive in the hotel's overpriced onsite restaurants.

We stayed at Shima Kanko Hotel The Bay Suites and were impressed by the large, comfortable rooms and the beautiful setting. The staff was wonderfully helpful and had a great understanding of English. Although the onsite restaurants were pricey, we still enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this hotel.
